Refund policy

At Rarity Rack, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Return Eligibility

Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Condition: Items must be in the same condition as when you received them. This includes being unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact us at customer-service@rarity-rack.com to start the return process.

Return Instructions: Once your return request is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.  

Shipping the Item: Returns must be shipped to the respective seller address.  Return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.  Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Notification: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing Time: Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
