Shipping policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Location:

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States of America.

Delivery Time:

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. 

Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout screen. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

We select the best available shipping option based on the size, weight, cost, and desired speed of delivery, and all orders over $20 will ship insured. A tracking code will be provided for every shipment, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Handling and Fees:

The buyer is responsible for covering the specified taxes and exceedingly fair shipping costs at checkout. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, typically within 3 business days. 

To cushion high shipping costs for high value collectible items, sellers pay a $3 per-item shipping charge (not a transaction fee). For high-volume, low-value listings, we work with sellers and implement a order minimum model (e.g. $10) with a per-order shipping contribution instead.

Damaged Items in Transport:

Returns and Restocking: 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Customers must cover the cost of return shipping and ensure items are securely packaged. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns.
